Our exchange policy is valid for 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the day your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original clear packaging with all tags (if any). 

Your exchange request may be rejected if the above conditions are not met. To complete your exchange, please email support@zeresouq.com with your order number and reason.

Each order may only be exchanged once. For additional exchanges, extra delivery charges will apply. 

Choosing a Replacement
If you wish to exchange your original order with a different product, the product cost (before shipping and taxes) must be greater or equal to the original order. Discounts applied in the original order will not be transferred over to your new order if the exchange order value is higher than the original. 

Delivery Time
Your exchange order will follow the same delivery timeline as your original order.

Refunds
Once your exchange request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. In case we are unable to offer an exchange due to unavailability of the correct size for the same product, you will be eligible for a full refund. If you wish to exchange your order with a different product and it is unavailable, a refund may be processed with charges as mentioned in the Return and Refund policy.

If your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within 2-3 days. COD & Bank Transfers may take up-to a week to process.

If you don't receive your refund in the stipulated time, please follow the steps mentioned in the Late or Missing Refunds section of the return and refund policy.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Any item that is returned to us and is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Additional Shipping Charges
For domestic orders (within UAE), your order will be exchanged free of cost.
For international orders, an additional shipping charge of AED 40 is applicable.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged without any charges, additional shipping charge of AED 10 will be applicable to exchange products ordered on sale
