REFUND POLICY

All refund requests must meet at least one of the below criteria :

1) Damaged Product Received
2) Wrong Size Received

Additional shipping charges of AED 30 for orders within UAE & AED 40 for international orders will be charged on Return/Exchange requests for any other reason.
 

CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTANCE FOR REUTRN & REFUND

Only if products are returned in their original condition –
unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint, hair, with the original tags, with their original packaging and receipt attached.

For products received in a damaged condition, please send us photo proof along with the order number to support@zeresouq.com.

Products bought on sale or as part of a promo offer cannot be exchanged and refunded. Return and refund requests will be accepted only within 7 days of delivery.
