EXCHANGES

Once an exchange request has been submitted, pick-up will be scheduled with courier as per your convenience.
Once the original order is received and verified, your replacement order will be released.

RETURNS

Once an exchange request has been submitted, pick-up will be scheduled with courier as per your convenience.
After the original order is received and verified, your refund will be processed.

All Exchange/Return requests must meet at least one of the below criteria :
1) Damaged Product Received
2) Wrong Size Received


Additional shipping charges of AED 20 will be charged on Return/Exchange requests for any other reason

REFUND

Online Payment - 
Credit Card/Debit Card/Bank Transfer/Money Transfer -
All online transactions will be refunded with via the same method.

Cash on Delivery -
All COD transactions can only be refunded via Bank Transfer.
In absence of a bank account, the same amount will be registered as Store Credit against your Facebook account.
Store Credit can be used for any future orders on Facebook only.
 

CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTANCE FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Only if Products are returned in their original condition –
unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint, hair, with the original tags, with their original packaging and receipt attached.

For products received in a damaged condition, please send us photo proof along with the order number to support@zeresouq.com.

Products bought on sale or as part of a promo offer cannot be exchanged and refunded.
