Our return and exchange policy is valid for 7 days.

If 7 days have gone by since the day your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original clear packaging with all tags attached (if any).

If you wish to exchange your original order with a different product, the product value must be greater or equal to the original products value (before shipping and taxes). Discounts applied in the original order may not be transferred over to your new order if the exchange order value is lower than the original. 

Exchange Charges

  • For domestic orders (within UAE), your order will be exchanged free of cost*.
  • For international orders, an additional shipping charge of AED 40 is applicable.

Each order may only be exchanged once. For additional exchanges, extra delivery charges will apply. 


  • For domestic orders (within UAE), an additional shipping charge of AED 15 is applicable and will be deducted from the refund value. 
  • For international orders, an additional shipping charge of AED 40 is applicable and will be deducted from the refund value. 

Once your return product is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within 2-3 days. COD & Bank Transfers may take up-to a week to process.

Special cases where only partial refunds are granted: 

  • Any item that is returned to us and is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts.
  • Any item that is returned after more than 7 days after delivery

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow the below steps:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact customer support.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
